Life can be a challenge for all of us. It was only when I learned to ask others for help that I began to realize how much I had been missing. We can encourage each other and support each other in many ways, and I know we all have different abilities in this area. The more we are willing to reach out and help each other, the better the world will be.
Have you been bullied? Are you dealing with a bullying situation in your family? Would you love to become more connected to your family through a mindfulness practice? Mindfulness can bring peace, focus and increased contentment to those who chose to practice. Mindfulness can change lives for the better in many ways.
Do you feel your life is an emotional roller coaster? The ups and downs are just too extreme to handle? You can make it. You can use your strength and be determined to be the person you know you were meant to be. I am not a doctor of any type. It is crucial you are clear that I do not hold qualifications in the area of health care or counseling.
I am a life coach and mindfulness counselor, but only because of my experience in this area with those who have been bullied and those seeking mindfulness guidance. It is a joy to work with those who are determined to change their lives, become stronger and more mindful.
