- I had to learn to breathe again. I was breathing so shallowly, I wasn't even aware of it. Breathing Pranayama has been a great practice for me and I've done rebirthing. I love breathing, and breathing is connecting, connecting with God. We are breath, without it, we're not here.

Advice for Newbie
Find a good meditation practice. Just sit still. Close your eyes and sit still and see if you can get your mind to shut up. It's hard, but that's what I would say. Meditation, definitely.
