I love starting my day with Mindfulness Mode!

For over a year I’ve been a listener and fan of Bruce and the positive messages he shares thru a variety of speakers and mindfulness topics. I listen at the start of the day to help myself center and I write down inspired take always to go back to. In podcast 630 I liked the idea of an end of the day reflection as well—how did I show up? What made me laugh, what was I proud of, what did I give back? Life’s events and demands can easily occupy our mind and leave us wondering where our time went. I appreciate Bruce’s gift to help me live a more intentional and purposeful life thru sharing the practice of mindfulness.
