Rob Dial started in sales at 19 and was promoted to run a franchise with the company at the age of 21. Rob grew the franchise into a multi-million dollar office and broke almost every record in the company's 60 year history. Mindfulness is a big part of Rob’s life and he has recently been meditating in sensory deprivation tanks. He shares his experience with us during this interview.
