It's like with habit formation, people talk about it, if you want to form a new flossing habit, just floss your front teeth for a week. That's so easy, you have to do it. Then eventually you feel, that's kind of silly, I need to floss more than that and so you've do it on your own when you have those quick wins. I would say commit to a week of 60 second breathing.
