As a life coach, this idea of running a facility where patients can come for deep treatment is fascinating.
I also love their scientific approach, including using EEG.
And Susan also gave sold general advice such as about sleep practices.
Even if she didn’t say anything that I didn’t know about sleep, she still reinforced the importance of many things with me.
Like finishing eating 4 hours before sleep.
By the way, I’d be fascinated to see why it’s 3 and not, say, 4.
