We make hundreds of decisions every day and many of those decisions can help us live a more, or less, mindful life. We decide to meditate, decide to do yoga, decide what foods to eat. We decide to exercise and we decide to create, whatever creating means to you. And for all those activities I mentioned, of course we can decide not to do them as well. Certainly eating and exercising are central as to how much mindfulness we are experiencing in life.
My friend, Alex Hofeldt is one of those people who lives mindfulness and also understands a lot of the science behind why mindfulness works for us. Alex is a high school science teacher, with some very fortunate students, because he is incredibly dedicated to the work he does in the world.
