Bullying Story
- Rahul told a story about bullying, which didn't happen to him, but he knew about it. In this story, a person was getting bullied mentally, not physically. When the bullied person talked to his parents about it, they advised him to talk to his teacher but also suggested something else.
- They said he should stand up for himself, not by being mean, but by letting those bullies know he won't accept it. The parents explained that sometimes bullies target people who seem like they won't stand up for themselves. So, before talking to the teacher, the person decided to confront the bullies calmly but firmly. He was mindful of his words, who he talked to, and how he used his body language.
- When the bullies saw this unexpected response, they were surprised. The person managed to turn the situation around by being mindful and using his senses. Instead of acting out of anger, he calmed down first, observed the situation, and then responded thoughtfully. And that's how he handled the bullying situation with mindfulness.
Words of Wisdom
- I would say, life is too short for us to have any grudges with anyone. Be positive, spread positivity, and make a better world for your own self.
