Thoughts On Breathing
- I love cathartic breathing. How wonderful it is to take three deep breaths; you know, that's part of the relaxed release. Just drop your shoulders, it just releases and you know, the parasympathetic and sympathetic systems that are going through our bodies.
- If we can reconnect those and align those in through breath. It's just that, by the way, it's really funny; breathing is the only thing that we can control, and then if we don't want to it controls itself. It's autonomous.
- Breathwork is one of those amazing things that, if you don't want to pay attention to it, your breathing happens on its own. But yet, if you want to pay attention to it, you can change it.
