• I practice being mindful towards myself and knowing that I need to be here and that the world is counting on me. I think that helps me to control my emotions.

• God developed us so beautifully. We have our own emergency systems, such as breath. You really don't even have to call 911. You just start breathing, and you will see what will happen to you. You will experience thousands of health benefits. I'm just impressed.

  Bullying Story

• I have a lot of stories about bullying. When I came from Lithuania, I came from a background where I thought light didn't exist.
• I learned what's good and what's bad on this earth, and I just decided that I'm not going to have too much patience with people who physically harm us. They are not wishing anything well for us.
• I decided to stand up for all of us. That includes myself, my own family, and other people in this country or other countries.
• I probably can come across as if I'm bullying them. But I just don't have patience for lies and cheats. (Bruce's note: It is clear that Nesa is dedicated to creating healthy, happy lives everywhere she goes.)
