Effect on Emotions
- I make a conscious effort to know that not everything I think is the truth; that my subconscious volunteers stuff that's based on a different pattern than necessarily the truth. So I constantly have to question; Is this what's the truth in this?
Thoughts on Breathing
- Regarding breathing, I wish I was better at it. That's the one thing; I find myself holding my breath all the time. That would probably be the number one thing where I feel I need to get a lot better at it.
- So I think I am currently maybe getting a D on breathing.

Bullying Story
- So when I was a child, my mother wanted me to go to school looking like I was a granddame. Like I literally looked like a 12-year-old secretary. So she put me in pleated skirts, and belay flats before belay flats were a thing.
- And Rafa blouses with, what was back then the secretary equivalent of a tie, the bow. And problem was that I had a dental issue. So I have a front tooth that had three naturally grown teeth in one spot. So I had to have multiple surgeries right here and a gap in my front tooth. So I had a lisp and a front tooth missing until I was like 12 years old.
- And I remember standing in the entry hall of the Catholic school and everybody was wearing jeans and they were all cool. And then there was me. And I looked like a secretary. And I remember people like pointing their finger at me and just laughing at me.
- And you know I had to fight a lot of fights with my mother that I just wasn't going to be wearing these kinds of clothes anymore because everybody looked at me like I was a freak. So then as I got a little bit older, I started to find my own way and wear what I chose.
