I just subscribed to this podcast, and am only a few episodes in, but boy it is great! Can I admit something?… It’s so easy for me to get frazzled, forget what’s important, scramble around checking stuff off lists yet forget why I’m doing what I'm doing in the first place. It’s easy for me to become overwhelmed — A pinball being bounced around by stimuli and distractions from the world, as well as a busy mind and emotions from within — But whenever I’m able to become more mindful, to realign myself, to relax and get centered I’m no longer a hamster on a wheel. I can notice my emotions without being overtaken by them. I can be the observer of my thoughts and use my mind rather than it using me. This show has helped remind me of a lot of these things. And I’m really looking forward to listening regularly, especially tuning in whenever I need a dose of perspective, inspiration and a reminder to be more mindful. Thanks Bruce!
