This podcast has a unique variety and depth of content about mindfulness, not just the usual suggestions to engage in sitting meditation or focus on the breath. Instead, Bruce finds a great diversity of guests who approach mindfulness from their unique perspectives and he also brings a joyful energy to the interviews.

Let me start off my saying that mindfulness and meditation can be a bit difficult to do. I encourage you to stay consistent and keep doing it every day. It has made my life my calm and focus. Bruce does a great job to keep pushing you to try it out.

I love Bruces', easy, insightful, incisive style of interviews with phenomenal guests who are walking the talk as far as practicing some version of mindfulness that they discuss. Even though I do my best to practice meditation and mindfulness daily, I still gain new insights from hearing Bruces' guests experiences - and he is masterfully able to bring out these golden nuggets of wisdom to ponder and practice unlike any other interviewer Ive heard. I’m deeply grateful for this resource!

Thought Provoking Show
Bruce has some very interesting guests and I enjoy listening to them and to Bruce share tips and insights about being more mindful of what we're doing, saying and thinking on a daily basis.
Bruce does a good job of interviewing guests.
I really enjoyed episode 256 with Steve Olsher as a guest. Not everyone likes to publicly talk about a time they felt bullied. I felt like Bruce created a safe mindful space to talk about a topic that many people have experienced.
From Overwhelm to focus!
Love the pattern disrupt idea with visual and verbal actions to recalibrate to new situations. The way we forget is the way to remember...very good! Mindfulness Mode is so wonderful, thanks Bruce!!!
Mindfulness is a necessary mode
Bruce absolutely sends you into a mindfulness state with his interviewing style. Very relaxing and informative. I'm writing this review after the Las Vegas massacre. Mindfulness needs to be reborn for many and a must for most.

So enjoyed listening to Bruce interview Steve Olsher. I was struck with how present Bruce is in a way that lets his guest's personality and ideas shine naturally and profoundly at the same time. Bruce makes mindfulness lively and joyful!

I'm a big fan at becoming more mindful (developing a mediation habit changed my life) and this podcast is great if you want to become more mindful or are new to living your life this way. Highly recomend it.

I was blessed to be at the New Media Summit and got to interact with both these fine people. I'm amazed at the transparency and vulnerability Steve exhibits, as he answers the sensitive yet penetrating questions from Bruce. A surprising and enlightening interview I'll be thinking about for quite a while. Check it out!
