- I was bullied at school a lot because I was so different. Also, I increasing think I was quite unkind to a lot of other people at school as well. It's so easy to recognize your own victimhood without think of the wider impact of that. I was really unkind to some girls at school.
- I would never see myself as a bully. I would see myself as very anti-bullying and as bullied, but when I look back I think, how must they have perceived my behaviour?
- Mindfulness would have helped. I would have had a sense of my own behaviour, better handling how I was behaving.
