Bullying Question
- All of our children have come to us through adoption and so when you're asked a question about your children or they make a comment that makes you sound like you're not as worthy a parent, I had to be mindful in that moment that they don't mean what they're saying.
- So often we say things that we don't realize the impact they have on other people.
- It's been great to know that, in those times where I've taken the higher road, and remembered that there's more to people than the words that came out of their mouths, in the end I've learned where their heart is and found out they didn't really mean what they said.
