Effect on Emotions
- Mindfulness is such an incredible tool to use to being observant and aware of our emotions. When we have a deeper understanding of our emotions, which I feel mindfulness has helped me do, we can really understand our emotions better.
- It's given me a much deeper understanding of what I'm feeling and how to be present with whatever emotion I'm experiencing.
Thoughts on Breathing
- Breathing is the greatest gift because it reminds us that we're alive and that we're here and that we're breathing and so, therefore, we're alive.
- I highly recommend people connect with their breath whether they're sitting in meditation or you need to just stop while you're sitting at your desk working and take a couple of deep breaths in and out. It's the greatest anchor, it regulates.
