Most Influential Person
- My wife. She is very realistic and grounded. She helps me put my life in perspective as I think that all of us tend to lose sight a bit of our center. She has done a good job.
Effect on Emotions
- I think without mindfulness, I couldn't do the job. I think you gotta know who you are, know what you are doing and keep in touch with reality. I think those things are part of mindfulness.
- If there is a chance to transfer some of that mindfulness to the patients and relatives, it will be precious and I try to do that too.
Thoughts on Breathing
- I don't focus on breathing, not at all. For some reason, I don't need relaxation techniques or anything like that. I just work and it works for me. Right. My breathing is just on automatic pilot.
