I like Kelly’s thoughts on how her son helps her stay rooted in the present moment.
Whenever a kid makes us worry, we can tell ourselves that this will pass.
And whenever we feel grateful for little moments with them such as snuggling, we also can appreciate those more because this, too, shall pass.
I’d say these are great ways to frame or reframe such experiences.
