- I don't let my emotions get in my way anymore. I know that all my emotions stem from my thoughts, and if my thoughts are controllable through mindfulness, then I can control my emotions.

- The breath is such a great mindfulness tool because it's constant. It provides me with a focal point that I can go back to. Whenever my mind is running down the road, I stop thinking of things, and focus on my breath.
